  1. I have learned and just got reminded how us Husker fans are a bunch of spoiled babies. We got spoiled in the 90's. At one time we Husker fans knew how to lose gracefully. Sure, I don't like seeing the Huskers getting blown out like this. The sun still rose the next day. Life goes on. There will be other games. If this loss has bothered you that much, like it appears it has to many of you, you better seek some help. It appears some of you may have mental issues. For the books I am upset with how the team played, and how the coach and his staff have performed. It could be worse. It has been worse.
  2. I have watched "Unbeaten" twice. She'd tears both times. Not normal for a person like me. If you have not seen it or refuse to watch it I highly recommend you watch it. Yes it will bring back memories you have probably forgotten about or don't really want to remember. More importantly this show reminded us that football is only a game and those playing it really are human. We make mistakes. We have to learn to live with others decisions even if we don't like them. Life does matter. Brooke Berringer was a classic example of what we all should strive to be like. He only wanted a chance and when he got it he made the most of it. Thank you B1G for a job well done.
  3. Kudos to the Bone Yard for helping to create such an awesome atmosphere. All Husker fans should be proud.
  4. I did not mind the booing. It was warranted. It's not Husker though. The atmosphere at this game was definitely like no other game in several years. The energy was high at the beginning of the game. As the game went on that energy grew. As it grew the players fed off of it resulting in what I think was some of the most physical play by both our defense and offense in resent years. If they can keep that up the Huskers could win any game. To do that the fans need to keep the atmosphere and energy like they had for this game. We still need to stay classy.
  5. Garrett Kidd also looks like Richard Steven Horvitz in Summer School (1987)
  6. It might not have hurt to let Armstrong go in for one series. During that series you have a real good one on one talk with Martinez and calm him down. In the mean time maybe Armstrong might have a spark that jump starts the offense. I do agree that the play calling wasn't what I expected it to be for this game. Nebraska has too many talented players to let them stand on the side lines. Use them. By gosh when you come out from half time you need to make adjustments and be prepared to change things because UCLA sure did.
  7. I don't care if So. Miss. is as bad as they look in that video I still think Nebraska has problems putting a complete game together. I am not over looking them and I hope the Huskers aren't either.
