  1. Hey ya'll we made a #‎Husker podcast and we think its really funny. We are Nebraska born L.A. based comedians. We have some bits, some parody songs and other things that will make you laugh. Please listen and subscribe to it. Heres the link: http://bit.ly/1du4zpE
  2. Hi guys, We finished our movie and in light of everything from the past few days it might be nice to see something positive about being a Cornhusker... We could use your help getting the word out about our film. Please share this link on your facebook page, twitter feed, and with any and all media sources. Not only did we spend over 2 and a half years making it but we put our blood, sweat and tears into this film. The link below has everything from the trailer, to where its sold, and it even has a link to an autographed ball that we are auctioning off for Team Jack. Thanks everyone and Go Big Red. http://bit.ly/137oOJ0
  3. I look forward to sharing it with everybody. It will be out this fall. Its been a long time coming.
  4. Hey guys, I made this music video to go along with our Documentary Film about Cornhusker fans that I will be releasing this fall. The song is about Coming home to Nebraska and the band who made it is from Lincoln and they did a stellar job. Please help me pass it around. Everything was either filmed in Nebraska or on our way home to Nebraska. And if you want more info on our film please visit the films website: www.huskersfilm.com. Thanks guys and I apologize for the shameless self promotion but I'm really proud of our project and I want everybody to know about it.
  5. Let me know which ones and I can ship the original sizes over to you, unless the sizes on flickr work, then go ahead and download and use them. The flicker ones will work just fine! How do I get to your fiickr page?
  6. Thanks man these pictures are great. Can I use some of them?
  7. Hi Everyone, We are making a documentary film, Through These Gates, about husker fans and their community. We are trying to reach out to the husker community to help us find certain elements for segments of our film. We need home videos, pictures, stories and a few other specific experiences that some husker fans have had. A more detailed list is available on our website, www.huskersfilm.com, under the “Get Involved” tab (http://www.huskersfilm.com/get-involved/) . You can also contact us directly from our website also. We could really use your help to make our film the best that it possibly can be. Thanks, we really appreciate it. Ryan
  8. Hey guys, as they said we didn't get the funding. We will still continue. It merely slowed us down but we're still working as hard as ever. Sorry it took me so long to reply to this thread. I get lost as to whats where and on what forum. Please keep spreading the word, we can't make a film about fans without talking to the fans and hearing your stories. Please share them with us at www.huskersfilm.com.
  9. I put the whole uncut interview with the president of Northwestern up today because people have been asking about it and also because I think it shows the meaning of Husker Pride, especially at the end when he thinks I've turned the camera off. You can watch it here: https://vimeo.com/38460388
  10. I'm trying to contact Suh for interview does anyone know how I could do that. Ive tried the lions website anybody know other ways. If anyone knows him personally please give him my info. www.huskersfim.com. He can contact me directly from there. Same goes for any ex players or crazy husker fans that have a good story to tell. Thanks y'all. Oh and Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
  11. Hey everyone I wanted to stop by and say thanks for the support and someone asked how the President of Northwestern interview happened. It was actually pretty cool. I was at the Northwestern game when we lost. 4th row behind the (North?) endzone. I was bummed out just like everyone else. I walked down while the Huskers were exiting and everyone was saying "we'll get 'em next time" and stuff like that and it dawned on me I had to go find Northwestern fans and see what they were saying. I think when they saw me with my husker gear and camera rig and boom mic they were a little intimidated because no one would talk to me. Then all of a sudden a big ass guy in a black suit came over to me smiling. He looked like a body guard or something. He asked me if I was trying to interview Nortwestern fans and I said yes. Hw pointed me down the hill by the nice tailgate spotted under the bridge but closer to the stadium. I ran down and I asked them if they talk on camera. Without hesitating they all said yes. Then someone leans over and goes thats the president of Northwestern. I said yeah right. Then they said he was and another guy chimed in and said I'm the president ameritas of Northwestern. They couldn't stop talking about how great we treated them and how happy they were to have us in the big 10 so we could teach other fans how to behave. The pride I felt to be a husker at the moment is indescribable. I have goosebumps right now typing this. I've been a lot of places and met a lot of people from a lot of places. I live in Los Angeles now. I can promise one thing- There is no place like Nebraska and there are no people like Nebraskans.
