  1. we have a decent size OL...a couple of big boys at OT Kenarious Gates 6'5" 327 SR OT Dallas Lee 6'4" 295 SR OG Chris Andrews JR 6'2" 295 C Chris Burnette JR 6'3" RG John Theus So 6'6" 298 RT there is a three deep rotation, but these should be the starters. Kolton Houston and Watts Dantzler will rotate at tackle mostly, with Mark Beard rotation at guard. Dallas Lee and Chris Andrews and Chris Burnette are fun to watch....Dallas has a mean streak at times. Gates gets excited at times and gets a little mean, but just watching Gregory, I hope he stays inside of Gates....Gates can be beat on the outside at times.
  2. always sunny...usually a decent temperature, and always plenty of bar-b-que/brgers/dogs/brats and always PLENTY of bourbon, and Budweiser, and Blue Moon, and Yeungling, and Miller Light, and Bud Light .........and.......
  3. dayum...a gamecock agreeing with a Dawg on something!? anything!? give that man a beer. FWIW....USCe runs a pretty clean program....at least for the last couple of years.
  4. he kind of reminds me of our ILB Ramik Wilson ...same type size and speed. We run a are supposed to run a 3-4, so our inside backers are a little beefier, our DE's run a little bigger too...but they are almost like tackles in our scheme...our starting DE's are 6'3" 299 and 6'5" 276(according to the roster anyway) ...we will stay in a nickle package a lot....but to be honest with you, I would like to have a man on the edge like your Gregory; that dude looks to be pretty dang quick....personally, I think he kind of looks like a ILB in the SEC
  5. so tell us unaware folks more about this Randy Gregory. it is always good to hear when one of your studs is returning.
  6. as most all SEC fans view Nebraska. I actually wish we had gotten Nebraska instead of Missouri! Y'all are head and shoulders above most of the B1G rusty programs IMHO.
  7. 5) Nebraska wins the West division and toys with an unsuspecting tOSU in the championship. Urban at 0-2 in B1G title games resigns citing mental issues and family time as the reason. oh I freakin love anything to do with anytnhing that is not positive with Corch.
  8. Auburn ran nothing more than a modified option on us. They ran it pretty well in the first half, but we actually made an adjustment in the second half ( very odd indeed!) to slow them down in the second. The Barn had like 240 yds passing, with 73 coming on one play...their last offensive play. I do not know much about the diamond formation, but if it is designed around running your O with a lot of misdirection...read option type offense...then that might work....but I would put money on anything that CBP is wanting to pass thae ball, because our pass defense is.......absent.
  9. yup...it is rude, and you probably should have stopped right after, "where I am from we don't have any SEC fans." and just let it go from there, because from that point on you statrted sounding like one of the Ohio State Bucknuts. There are very, very few B1G folks here in the south, consequently the few chances us "cheating" SEC fans get to intermingle with some B1G fans are during bowl season and on message boards. As for me, I have found the people here on Huskerboards to be genuine, polite welcoming, and knowledgeable football fans that I would endear to my tailgate to share a bourbon. But you have proven the point sir, that all bad apples do not spoil the whole bunch; if you had half the class or genrosity that most of the people here on Huskerbaord have, you might be welcome to share my drink as well, however, your unmitigated arrogance would leave you thirsty. As far as the SEC cheating, I would say that sounds more like sour grapes than anythig else. You referred to my beloved Georgia, as being a class below, but also said, "with no disrespect." but that is exactly what you have said and it was with disrespect. I will not atone for your lack of manners, because as a gentleman, I will show some respect for my host here at HB, but even as a guest, I can ask that perhaps my gracious host will tie up their dog, for you sir, are a class below what I have come to know as a very generous, welcoming, and proud Husker Nation. Go Dawgs. GATA!
  10. thank god!! I thought it might be a Penn Wagers crew! http://blutarsky.wor...hes-ridiculous/ http://www.sbnation....ing-auburn-game http://dawgs.fantern...oblem-2248.html http://dawgpride.com...as-against-uga/ there are more if you like. google "Penn Wagers UGA" Penn Wagers, with the help of pharmaceuticals, maintains a 9 month erection for the times he can call a UGA game. He is perhaps the most inept, artless, clumsy, cumbersome, incapable, ineficent, disorganized, incompetent, bumbling, arrogant, self serving, unqualified, unskilled, non-visual, out of position, hating, lowlife, sack of monkey dung to ever attempt to officiate a college football game. He is not very well liked in Athens, Georgia. Or anywhere in the state for that matter.
  11. when I first read the thread title, my thaought was...."dayum...I hope they don't blow my Dawgs out. after al lthese injuries, it figures we would take a spankin." No lie. that is what I thought.
  12. Braves, UGA Football.......Falcons, Hawks....................................................................................................................................................Georgia Tech Football Close... UGA football easily #1, Braves #2, Falcons #3, Auburn FB #4, Bama FB #5, UGA gymnastics #6, GT Basketball #7, UGA equestrian #8, Hawks #9, GT FB #10... YUP....easily #1 UGA football...then geographically it switches the number 2 around some....the Barn, Tennessee, Florida, Bama and then the Falcons/Braves ( whoever is having a decent year) bt to be honest, the Hawks and the North Avenue Trade School are both hardly on the map. I would say high school football is more popular than the Hawks or the NATS! oh and...I have been to Nebraska....and I freaking liked it....especially western Nebraska. The eastern part of the state was......well, you might say flat.
  13. the dude looks to be a freek! here's the espn read on the Gator Bowl RB's http://espn.go.com/blog/bigten/post/_/id/91795/gator-bowl-matchup-gurley-vs-abdullah
