    Why is curling not more popular? It's basically just shuffleboard on ice, requires little physical conditioning, conducive to having a beer in hand, and when you get tired you have a broom to lean on. Count me in.

      Well that's what differentiates it between a sport and a bar game. Pretty tough to get bloody playing shuffleboard :lol:

      Back in the day I played a lot of shuffleboard and was very good. Every once in awhile hustlers would show up at the bar we played at. Of course we played for money. So I would sandbag strangers early and then when they raised the stakes would reverse hustle them. That almost led to some blood being shed a few times :D
