      Thanks for input @STL Husker, @Nebfanatic and @Waldo.  You Pixel fans just use Bluetooth, don't miss having audio jack?

      I have the first gen pixel which does have a headphone jack.  If you use your phone with headphones often then you can get an adapter for your phone or a bluetooth receiver to plug headphones into.  If this is a big deal to you then the S9 is the best alternative.

      I don't really use my phone for music. I don't miss not have a jack. Although I think I would prefer Bluetooth anyway
