Oooh, Rouladen sounds good. Haven't had that in a long time. Do you use flank steak or what in yours? I've seen it a lot of different ways. Doesn't really matter as long as you get the Dill pickle and bacon in there imo.
Oh man, my Dad makes an amazing rouladen and just made a family meal last Sunday, so good. I got him to make so much extra I had leftovers for a couple days. First time in my life I’ve ever heard anyone else speak of rouladen, glad you had a good meal my man.
These were flank steak but we use anything from sliced deer roast or even a really lean beef roast that we slice.then I like to make some super thin fried bread and wrap the Rouladen in it.perfect comfort food
