HuskerJosh82
I don't know, he might choose Mizzou over NU since all they have is Daniels. Quote Link to comment
BigWillie
Will be on hand for the game Saturday. Anyone going to the spring game, make sure to look for Blaine and make him feel welcome. To go along with our line commits, this could be a HUGE get for us. Quote Link to comment

Washusker
It would be nice if we could get Robinson, Steinkuhler, Hoch, and Givens in for the spring game and introduce all four of them to Gabbert. "Blaine, I'd like you to meet your personal bodyguards for the next four years - if you come to Nebraska." Quote Link to comment

HSKRNOKC
Just watched film. He would be the ideal QB for our offense. I realize that a qb this class isnt priority, but you cant pass on talent like this. I hope that he is blown away by our spring game atmosphere. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirt316
I don't care how many QB's we have or if he's the "perfect fit", I'd love to get this kid just because it means so much for Missouri to have a top prospect like that in their own backyard and having him end up wearing Scarlett and Cream. Always a husker
With 4 great o-line commits I think we have the best chance of pulling him in out of any other team... I hope. Quote Link to comment
Washusker
Let's cross our fingers and hope for a Gabbert commit this weekend!! Quote Link to comment
Atrain15
Any reactions from the spring game? Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
Sean Callahan said that he likes NU's chances of getting Gabbert. At the end of his program, one of the crowd members as Sean about how the quarterback situation would be in the up coming years and he made the comment about how the coaches probally do not want to get into to a habit of having a starter for only one year so in 08 we would probally be looking at Witt, Lee or Gabbert as the starter. BigWillie
Never read too much into anything you hear on a radio program. Usually, it's a stage to build up NU recruiting, along with selling subscriptions. Not saying Sean is wrong with his info ... but more times than not, that is the situation when they give out news like this on the radio. Quote Link to comment
