Since the avg. class size is about 22 recruits, the Big 12 is approaching half full in early July. Big 12--10.5 commits SEC--7.8 commits ACC--7.8 commits Big 10--7.4 commits Pac 10--6.9 commits Big East--6.1 commits scout article (This Scout article is free, as of Jul 1 anyway.) Big East doesn't have as many commits because so many of the players leave the northeast to go away to school. I’ve long wondered why there aren’t more top college football programs in the Northeast. If Rutgers continues to improve, they may fill a gap. Quote Link to comment
