I was confused on this too. But here are the folks from Scouts Inc I think Scout.com is owned and operated by a different company, Scout Media, Inc., not Scout, Inc. On the header of scout.com it says the website is operated in association with FoxSports.com. Quote Link to comment

But I'm not for sure how much longer they will be called that with all their ongoing litigation from taking money from so many sites on their network.
