HuskerRob
besides nebraska, tennessee and clemon, who made his top 5? Quote Link to comment
NevadaHusker27
The other teams in his top 5 are Georgia and South Carolina. Quote Link to comment
Husker_Power
but Tennesee is still his leader that's cuz he has not visited us yet. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
I say we have no chance at this kid...well, maybe a very small chance. you would think he'd take that scholly to Florida Urban's O tends to emphasize the qb rather than the rb's. Granted until this coming season he didn't have a big-time rb to work with and things will change some. But that general trend is still there. Plus Florida already has a nice rb-committed and is in on some others. If you end-up sharing carries in a system like that you aren't likely to see the rock a lot. At-least we seem to be in the race for him. Getting him in for a visit would be a big step in the right direction. Quote Link to comment
HuskerRob
i'm hoping for the best, but my heart's tellin me it's going to come down to Tenn and GA. Quote Link to comment
NevadaHusker27
Jarvis Giles is ranked #5 on the list of the best Home-Run threats and is ranked #2 as the Best In Space for Running Backs. http://rivals100.rivals.com/content.asp?cid=816464 Quote Link to comment
DeathCultArmaggedon
I think he would work well as a kick returner, in addition to his RB skills. Quote Link to comment
father5
I think he would work well as a kick returner, in addition to his RB skills. This kid's video is out of sight. He is quick and fast with great balance. Reggie Bush like in appearance. Would be a great get in my opinion. Quote Link to comment
DeathCultArmaggedon
Committed to Tennessee. #$&%! Quote Link to comment

SODAKSKERSFAN20
If Oku does commit, is it possible Giles go back into the recruiting game and give us a shot? It looks like him and Oku are the same kind of back.. Quote Link to comment
Ohio Pete
If Oku does commit, is it possible Giles go back into the recruiting game and give us a shot? It looks like him and Oku are the same kind of back.. Yes they are the same kind of back, but they appear to want to play together at Tenn. However, Florida has not given up: Still getting after it Meyer hasn't given up on a couple of talented in-state prospects that are committed to other schools, either. He recently was spotted at the Tampa Gaither-Tampa Alonso game to check out Gaither running back Jarvis Giles (committed to Tennessee) and Alonso defensive lineman Demonte McAllister (committed to Florida State). Both Giles and McAllister are Under Armour All-Americans. Nebraska should keep in touch too. Quote Link to comment
