VT Tailgating and Meet-Up 9/19/09

Hello Husker fans in and around Virginia-West Va-Tennessee who will be attending the VT game!!

 

I'm a long-time 'Huskers fan from the Cincinnati area and I'll be driving to Blacksburg for the VT game. I'm staying with family in Charleston WV so won't be booking a hotel room. I'll be arriving in Blacksburg around 10:30-11 AM on game day. Being a part of the Big Red (road) Nation, I'm simply looking for other NU fans to meet up and tailgate with. I'll be attending the game by myself. Please get in touch with me and let me know how/where to meet up, other than the obvious SEA OF RED that will be descending upon Blacksburg. I'd love to connect with some NU fans early in the day on 9/19 to tailgate and fellowship. In fact, I'd love to squeeze in with some NU fans in Lane Stadium, since my lone ticket is in a Hokies home section! 'Twas great to buy a ticket from an unsuspecting VT fan!!

 

I've been to every game on this side of the country since my first NU road game in E. Lansing in '95, with the exception of the Penn St game in '02 (thankfully, I missed that debacle). Made my very first trip to Lincoln in '08 for the Colorado game --- and what an incredible game it was for my first in Memorial Stadium. I'm committed to at least one game in Lincoln each season, and I'll be attending the OU game on 11/7 this season!
