I am I
Would it be a good idea to put an overhang on both the east and west sides? I think Husky stadium, autzen, and bryant-denny stadium are the only CFB teams that have one I brought this up on like, page 13 of this thread. Said it would be cool if there was an awning--not necessarily a "roof"--but like a black slanted mini canopy (canopy!!); just to trap in the noise and provide a little wind block and cover. Obviously never was even in the plan, but it might've put a finishing topper on that east stadium kinda cool-like. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
Blue sushi? Actually I believe it is Hiro 88. Here's an article on some of the newer businesses coming in. And one has a some Husker backing. Gate 25 Bar & Restaurant will be an upscale, modern American bar and restaurant on the first floor, south side of the Railyard on Q Street...Brandon Akert, who used to work at the Lincoln Country Club, is running the restaurant. Former Husker wide receiver and broadcaster Matt Davison is an investor. http://journalstar.c...b1dd2fc190.html Quote Link to comment
QMany
Blue is the sushi place in Omaha. The owners also run Red Lounge, Roja, and some new place downtown. That would be a great addition for that area. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Nice touch in the club level seats with the tables between seats. Missed out on some capacity but I haven't seen that anywhere else. Quote Link to comment
HeyBurke
What's everyone think of the skyline driving into downtown from the interstate with the arena and the new addition to Memorial Stadium? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
What's everyone think of the skyline driving into downtown from the interstate with the arena and the new addition to Memorial Stadium? It doesn't look very different. 180 rises just before you swing left into downtown and that obstructs the view of the Arena, and while you can see the Stadium, it's not very much different. Maybe that's because the change was so gradual. Neither building is impressively tall, so neither has a great impact. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
I don't get to Lincoln very often but about a month ago I was there and driving east to down town on O street, the arena looks much bigger than I thought it would. Quote Link to comment
