Nexus
Visiting this weekend. Was committed to Penn State and still considering them, but wants to visit other schools before he makes a final decision. Brent Wilkerson to visit Nebraska Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
I wonder if this is because of Coach K, I know Iowa has tried to recruit out of DeMatha HS in years past. They signed 2 defensive players last year from there, also their RB Marcus Coker is from DeMatha. Quote Link to comment
Treand3
Possibly plus adding the fact that JP is from MD as well. However, I did notice that OU may be a player for him as well, but they haven't offered yet. I'm reserving any excitement until something happens. Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
I have confidence in us landing this one. There is talk that we may also be looking at him to play TE. Quote Link to comment
MinnwiscowaSker
Coach Kaczserenskrizski (sp?) wasn't the lead recruiter on those Maryland guys. He spent a lot of time recruiting Florida. Quote Link to comment

Rivals says that both of the Dematha kids that went to Iowa last year were recruited by Darrell Wilson Quote Link to comment
RockyMountainOySker
Sounds like he is being recruited strictly as a TE. The coaches just yesterday (or today) told DE/hybrid LB Michael Richardson that we are full at his position. Quote Link to comment

Isn't that were the scouts see all his potential in? Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
He wants to get the chance to play TE first and DE second. Quote Link to comment

girlknowsfootball
Lots of Chatter that he is going to switch to us and play TE. But he says he is still 100% committed to Penn State, he is just making back up plans in case he doesn't like the new HC. But my guess is since the new HC is the OC from the Patriots he'll stick with Penn State. Quote Link to comment

HANC
If he has followed the recent success of former Patriot's assistant coaches into the NCAA or a lot of NFL coaches in general..... I disagree that the OC from the Patriots will MAKE him stay. In fact, a lot of Penn State alumni are pissed and it is getting a lot of negative attention on espn.... Advantage Nebraska IMO Quote Link to comment
