jamrinelli
So we're in agreement that our best offensive lineman is a walk-on that doesn't even have a scholarship? I'm not complaining, as Choi is an excellent player that I'm glad came on when he did. But isn't this ultimately an indictment of Barney's ability to successfully coach and recruit that position? Yes I miss the years when we were a pipeline for great Offensive Linemen!!!!! Has that ship sailed or can we do this again? Quote Link to comment
BGREDSTUCKN IA
Good job outta Choi! He needs to pound on Hardrick at practice to toughen that pansy up. Quote Link to comment
TonyStalloni
Choi is an anomaly for sure. I doubt the coaches could see he had that much upside when he was asked to walk on. Who knows when the light finally goes on for a player in college football. He played in C1 high school, was just learning the game and can only get better as he gets more experience. He is fun to watch as he blasts D linemen like a bulldozer. I hadn't noticed he was in the game till late and realized why we had more success running over the left side. Quote Link to comment
