How does Moses make his tea?

Is there supposed to be a punchline to this?

/I could give him my incredibly detailed recipe for sun tea. lol

It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then winter came and the grasshopper died. And the octopus ate all his acorns. Also he got a race car. Is any of this getting through to you?

Nuance paddin his post numbers again.

By the way, I've hit 200 rep points. I think it's pretty neat. It's almost a 10% rep to post ratio. Pretty good based on my initial expectations.

This week, Georgia’s board of education approved a plan that allows teachers to keep using the word “Evolution” when teaching biology. Though, as a compromise, dinosaurs are now called “Jesus Horses.”

Hey, here's another +1 for you.

btw, I ripped off this BS thread idea from the Husker forum of sportshoola. Kinda like a thread version of a chatroom. For random sh#t that isn't worthy of a thread on its own. :)

I am glad i found this thread.

Old lady who lives in my apartment takes 15 minutes going up and down the stairs.. gets in to her beat up old red van and drives away... I am terrified of someone who can barely move, driving..and specially in a beat of piece of crap that probably doesnt have insurance.

I would guess it's pretty close to where L street crosses I-80. Maybe 114th & M.

I smoke the occasional cigar. I bought a box of Partagas a few years ago. Got them in Jamaica. They're long gone now--I never knew if they were the real deal, or knockoffs. A few months back I bought a collection of several briar pipes from a little junk shop down the street. I cleaned one of them up--cleaned the mouth piece, not the bowl. And have been fiddling around, puffing on it. I guess I'm a rookie. I still can't keep the damn thing lit for more than about 20 minutes. lol

it is all about how you pack the tobacco. here is what i learned, loosely fill up the bowl, push it down so it is half way full. fill again, push it down to 75% full. loosely fill it again (it should be a little overflowed) pack it in. i think it should be dense in the bottom and slightly looser as it moves up. i could be way wrong as well, i think it still takes practice to keep it lit. i just like pipes because is there anything better to point at someone in an authoritative manner than the mouthpiece of a pipe?

Definitely a one-or-the-other situation. No way you can multitask this one. THere's nothing worse for a gf relationship than having her around when you're drinking with the guys. That is, unless you're married to her. : -)

Two of my neighbors have them. They both swear by them. Myself, I think they're a bit pricey. Like couple hunderd more than I'd want to spend on a grill. My Weber is about half the price, and suits me just fine.

If they get out of line, you can hit him with a sack of sweet Valencia oranges. It won't leave a bruise but it'll let them know who's boss.

You giving me lip boy?

The correct response, aspeedlin, should have been "If I wanted any of your lip, I'd take it off my zipper."

She is hot, yes. But I'd be a little intimidated by a woman who knows more about sports than me.

otoh, Suzy's $400k salary could go towards healing my insecurities.

A few minutes of panic in the NUance household. BTN is airing teh Northwestern game not the Huskers. Flipped through the channels though, and discovered that I get two other alt BTN channels way up in the 600's, BTF1 and BTF2, that I did not know about. Apparently for the alternate games not being aired on the main BTN channel. Disaster averted.
