This was a fun match up, pitting two South Dakota products and B1G opponents. These two did not meet during the regular season, but this is their second match in post-season championship competition (the match was during the B1G Championship were Kokesh won 2-1). Kokesh was only 6 second of riding time from wrapping this match up, but he dictated the pace in OT and showed why he went undefeated this year.

Dudley had a solid tournament as a sophomore. He looks in control of most of his matches, from all three positions. In this match, it seemed Dudley and Miklus were even on their feet. Dudley was clearly a better rider on top; however, Miklus got a critical escape with a few seconds left in the match to win.

Two thirds and a top ten team finish is nothing to sneeze at.........

Those 3rds are arguably more difficult since your dream of a championship is gone.........it takes tremendous mental discipline to come back and compete hard enough to get 3rd.

Congrats to those guys and the entire team!

Was at the Wyoming Dual.

Nebraska came out and dominated. With the exception of Abidin. Felt bad for him but that Meredith kid is completely underrated. My buddy told me right before the match he thought Meredith would win. I was in disbelief.

Anyway these were the results from Nov 21st.
