The Dude
Anyone watching tonight? Starts at 7 p.m. central time. I'm usually all over it, but haven't paid much attention this year. Any predictions/mock drafts? Quote Link to comment
GSG
Sounds like a lot of teams are looking at taking OL and DL in the first round. I've heard a lot of concern over Dee Miliner's (sp?) large number of surgeries. That's just what I've gleaned from watching Sportscenter the past few days. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
I will be watching because I am a football nut and no other sport matters to me if there is something football related to watch. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Anyone watching tonight? Starts at 7 p.m. central time. I'm usually all over it, but haven't paid much attention this year. Any predictions/mock drafts? Here is a selection of mock drafts from experts. LINK I won't watch it live. Will probably watch a recap on SportsCenter later tonight. Quote Link to comment
HuskerShark
This is kind of a boring draft for spectators because there aren't many exciting skill position players. Tavon Austin from WVU is really the only skill position guy that everybody likes a lot. I think Cordarelle Patterson from Tenn could be a great receiver too. The QBs are all sub-par. Not really 1st round talent in any of them, though there will inevitably be teams who reach for a QB in the first round out of desperation. Matt Barkley would probably be the top QB on my board, but it's not like I know anything. Most of the quality players are going to come from OL, DL, and S. There are a couple of good TEs, and a few good LBs as well (2 of them from Georgia). I will be paying attention, but I'd rather watch the NBA playoffs this year. Quote Link to comment
ADS
Charean Williams @NFLCharean now Joeckel apparently has been told by KC that Fisher is their pick. Quote Link to comment
ADS
@MMehtaNYDN: If Fisher is the No. 1 overall pick, it's news to him. Chiefs have not informed him of that Quote Link to comment
Fuzzy
I'm here and pretty excited about Draft Day. I've drank 2 gallons of Husker Red Kool-aid and I predict Rex Burkhead will be taken in the 1st round by the Denver Broncos. Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
I've got it tuned to NFL Network, because it isn't often you get a choice to watch the exact same thing without the crap of ESPN. Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
How on earth do they let Namath on TV. Dude has lost his mind. Quote Link to comment

EbylHusker
I so hope KC is not complete suck next year. They should be decent. I'd take decent in a heartbeat. Plus, I like their pick. Quote Link to comment
