Red Five Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 Mizzou's DC is going down a level to be a HC at Missouri State. I can't beleive that most of the D assistants would voluntarily follow him there. Some of the staff is joining him, but I don't know how many. A friend of mine was a Offensive GA at Mizzou for the past three years and was named the Special Teams Coordinator and TE Coach at Missouri State. GAs make sense. Quote Link to comment

STL Husker Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 The one thing that would makes me feel good about the situation is that they are waiting to get all the facts before making their decision. They didn't just jump ship after the coaching change and they are waiting to meet the coaches before deciding what to do. I have to respect that. Unfortunately, they are also doing that with the Mizzou side by taking their visits and talking to their coaches. You don't see this kind of maturity in recruiting very often.
