I thought it was odd that Washington had a tie as I thought all go to extra innings (It was against Michigan). In case anyone else was wondering, here is the snippet from the UW press release from that game:

SAN MARCOS, Texas – In a game that was destined to come down to the final at bat after Washington scratched and clawed its way back from a six run deficit, a Sunday travel curfew ultimately took out any suspense of the final result against Michigan. With the teams tied 7-7 after eight innings, the game was halted because both teams needed to leave for the airport to catch flights home.
