Although depth is a concern at DE, the #Huskers top two at that spot -- Randy Gregory and Greg McMullen -- look excellent.

Got to love the way 7 and 55 get off blocks and sprint to the ball. 98 and 96 are both real good in the phone booth. Need depth at DE tho.

Unless a true fresh emerges, Keels and Natter are pretty vital for depth with the loss of Moss

If we are really that thin at DE then this is where if like to see us take some 6'2-6'3 210-220 LB linebacker and use him as a situational pass rusher. Maybe a true or redshirt freshman that's buried on the LB depth chart but has great athleticism. Just maybe lacking In play book knowledge. We got anyone like that? A Trev Alberts type.

Fits the size, but I like him way too much at MIKE. With Banderas moving to BUCK, Walton only has Roach between him and the #2 spot.

We do have King and Wills coming in this fall. Not sure they'll be ready to play right away but will definitely add depth.

That could be an option. I was wondering what would happen with Anderson with Banderas moving to Buck. Might need to find some other ways to get him on the field.

In 2003, Bo unleashed super D. If we are short at DE, a converted LB could work wonders in that spot.
