Stumpy1
I would have to say I was most impressed with Kira and Annika last night. Both seemed to strike the ball the best. Haggety played great on defense also. The girls looked like they got a little tired come that 4th set. Quote Link to comment
GM_Tood
A lot of people are going to take way too much out of this scrimmage. The one spot I was really focusing on was at Setter. Kelly and Mary both played fairly even...though I would give the slight nod to Kelly for her connections with the Middle's. I can see AA playing a nice role for the team by solidifying the back row defense, as well as her ability to provide some offense from behind the 3m line. Still too early (IMO) to say she is going to be a contributor as a 6 rotation player. It was nice to see some of the old alumni being recognized...and having a chance to small talk vb with Kelsey Robinson and T-Magic. My daughter was in heaven. Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
I hear ya on people taking to much out of it. One gentleman that was sitting behind me was telling his wife that we will be lucky to go .500 from the looks of things. He was nitpicking everything that was going on and it was annoying. What did you think of the shoes GM...I kind of liked them and they were noticeable. Quote Link to comment
