bisonwiches
Its been quiet but I have heard that Danny Langsdorf is the leading candidate for the offensive coordinator spot, its just word of mouth but I haven't seen much posted lately concerning potential candidates. Also I heard that Mike Johnson could come in as wide receivers coach (was offensive coordinator at UCLA in 2011, but has recently been at a high school). Both these guys have ties to Riley, just wanted to know if anyone else is hearing anything on potential candidates? Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
Really quiet in regards to any new coaches. Riley said within the next week roughly Quote Link to comment
Kiyoat Husker
Really quiet in regards to any new coaches. Riley said within the next week roughlyIf this is true I would guess the next hires are coaching in bowl games as opposed to nfl. Also probably not the playoff? Quote Link to comment
Throwin'Bones
Waiting until bowls are over out of respect for the teams they are coaching. At least that is the assumption. Plus the respectable thing to do. And Riley has been respectable in all other matters up to this point. Quote Link to comment
simplekin
I'm anxious to see who the OC is. I think it's interesting it hasn't been announced yet. Quote Link to comment

Ric Flair
Why not just keep Papuchis on and change his title to Offensive Coordinator? He's just as qualified to be OC as he was to be DC. His responsibilities wouldn't change...he could still run around the sideline flapping his arms, just like he did when Bo was calling the defenses. Since Riley will likely be calling the offensive plays, Papuchis wouldn't need to be involved or even know what was going on. That seems to be a role he's comfortable with. 4 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
More than likely it's going to be Danny Langsdorf. Quote Link to comment
TITANIC VS LUSITANIA
More than likely it's going to be Danny Langsdorf. Check this out: Personal life[edit](...) In May 2007, Langsdorf underwent surgery to donate a kidney to Laurie Cavanaugh. Laurie is the wife of Mike Cavanaugh, offensive line coach at Oregon State.[1] 1 Quote Link to comment
