Eric the Red
https://nebraska.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1718429 I also like the fact that when they lost the commitment of four-star running back Kendall Bussey on Friday they immediately reacted by placing scholarship offers to three different four-star running backs. Don't see anything about a bunch of 2 stars. I like the attitude so far. Of course it's the honeymoon period 1 Quote Link to comment

admo
Thanks for the link, good read. ...the next head coach at Nebraska needs to be somebody that feeds the monster in Husker nation instead of fighting it. A coach that makes the fan base feel like it's their team. I also bookmarked the "husker exposure" site too. Pretty cool to see. Quote Link to comment
ShawnWatson
What coach wouldn't embrace a fanbase? Oh wait.... 5 Quote Link to comment
strigori
It takes so little to get this fan base excited. A little transparency goes a long way. I mean, none of the pics that they have been tweeting are groundbreaking, mostly just guys going about their work, and yet it makes people feel good. It is so easy to get this fan base to embrace the coaches and staff, we want to. Fighting it is just idiotic. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Glad you made the point I was going to, Eric the Red. Everybody loves the fans when things are going well. It's when adversity hits that we'll really see what this staff is like. I think, by nature, Riley is already going to do a better job of taking criticism and handling the fans than BP did. But, time will tell. Still a nice read, though. Quote Link to comment
C N Red
I hope he starts no sit Saturdays every home game. Cant wait to see the fights between the "younger" fans and blue hairs. I'll rip that hair right out of their follicles. Quote Link to comment
