QMany
I have been wanting to find something easy to track my meals. Does it just do calories, or also track protein/carb/fat? Quote Link to comment

Yes, it will help you track macros. You'll need to make sure the foods you fill your diary with are accurate with regard to that, because their database is crowdsourced it can be sort of sketchy sometimes. Generally it's fine as long as you pay attention and use the same entries you know are right. 1 Quote Link to comment
GSG
I use it most of the time. Homemade stuff is kinda hard to put on there though Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
I use it all the time to count my macros. Very handy. Quote Link to comment

I store multiple recipes for stuff we make. I either construct them manually using the actual ingredients we use, or if the recipe provides it I do a sanity check on it and enter it as a new food. I try to stick to the USDA sourced values in the database. Quote Link to comment

QMany
I like this application a lot. About 2 years ago, I was keeping a handwritten log of the food I ate and macros. This is really convenient and easy. Thanks for the recommendation. Quote Link to comment

QMany
Dave, how do you customize your meal names and orders? For example, instead of only breakfast, how do I add a pre-workout, post-workout, etc.? Quote Link to comment
