Scratchtown Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Calorie counter, exercise counter, scan the bar codes in to the app etc.Professor of mine in the PE dept, said she used it diligently and helped her lose a bunch of weight. After the summer break last year, there was a HUGE difference in appearance. I just started using it last week to get me to eat cleaner. Haven't missed a day, I'm down 3.6 pounds after week 1, and I didn't work out all week last week.Actually I haven't worked out more than 5 times in 8 months probably. So I'm excited to get back in.
