Hoosker
What team(s) would you like to see Nebraska have a Home & Home series with in the future? 2008 - vs Virginia Tech (L 30-35) 2009 - at Virginia Tech (L 15-16) 2010 - at Washington (W 56-21) 2011 - vs Washington (W 51-38) 2012 - at UCLA (L 30-36) 2013 - vs UCLA (L 21-41) 2014 - vs Miami (FL) (W 41-31) 2015 - at Miami (FL) 2016 - vs Oregon 2017 - at Oregon 2018 - vs Colorado 2019 - at Colorado 2020 - vs Cincinnati 2021 - at Oklahoma 2022 - vs Oklahoma 2023 - at Colorado 2024 - vs Colorado 2025 - at Cincinnati 2026 - vs Tennessee 2027 - at Tennessee I, for one, think Stanford would be an awesome candidate for a non-conference series. They have an old school, traditional style with a recent string of successful seasons under Jim Harbaugh & David Shaw. We have a strong alumni base on the West Coast and their stadium is known as "The Farm." What do you guys think? 1 Quote Link to comment

NUance
Oklahoma Yeah, Oklahoma was the first team that I thought of. Also USC or some of the other Pac-10 teams. I'll bet Riley would like to have a shot at them with a team of a bit more horsepower than he had before. Quote Link to comment
lo country
I thought of OU as well. Would love FSU to finally beat all the Florida teams (UF, MIA). Good for recruiting as well. Quote Link to comment
Redux
Yeah I want one with Texas too. Also wouldn't mind one with Mizzou and K-State. And could we schedule Kansas and Iowa State in place of Sun Belt teams. Forgot we had a double with Colorado. I get the feeling the Tennessee games get pushed back again until never. darkhorse85
LSU would be fun because I'd love to go tailgate there. Their fans already love coming to this state. Quote Link to comment

RockyMountainOySker
I think Clemson would be cool and I really liked the Virginia Tech series. Would love to get another shot at them. From a strategic recruiting perspective, Texas A&M, Florida and Cal or Stanford. Quote Link to comment

It'sNotAFakeID
A lot of good options there, and I'd love to have a home-home with Notre Dame or Alabama. But I'm surprised nobody to this point (SkerChicago did--MAN READING'S GREAT) has mentioned Florida, a program finding itself in the same position as Nebraska: enough talent to re-emerge on the national scene, but hampered by poor coaching who now have proven commodities as coaches that have reignited the fan base. Would be an excellent game considering the history both programs share. I wouldn't mind a home-home with Texas, although I fear they'd beat us because that's what Texas always seems to do: beat us no matter how bad of a season they're having. Kind of like Nebraska and Kansas State, yeah we suck, but we beat you 73-31! I would also love to see a home-home with South Carolina, so the Huskers can beat the pants of the ol' ball coach again! Florida State would be fun; as would UCLA. Quote Link to comment
