HuskerNBigD
Only 8 SEC teams in the top 25...must be a down year. 1 Quote Link to comment
Scratchtown
The top 5 looked ok. After that, it might have been the worst rankings I have ever seen. Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
There are 10 SEC teams in the top 27. Quote Link to comment
Notre Dame Joe
So Huskers' schedule includes two ranked teams plus one "also receiving votes". The oddest sign of the times is the top 5 containing two Big Ten(+4) and two private schools from the rump Big12. That leaves one slot for three power conferences. The preseason rarely correlates to the final poll of course. Quote Link to comment

Saunders
There are 10 SEC teams in the top 27. Don't you get it, they went 2-6 against good teams, so they must be good! 1 Quote Link to comment

Stumpy1
Baylor ahead of Mich St. is a joke. Auburn and Georgia being in the top 10 are jokes also. 1 Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
So Huskers' schedule includes two ranked teams plus one "also receiving votes". Which means absolutely nothing until some games are played and we see really how good these teams are. 10 SEC teams in the top 27??? BS. But, some SEC teams are going to get bumped because they "beat a ranked SEC team" when, in reality, the team shouldn't have been ranked at all. 1 Quote Link to comment
