Red Five
Sucks he has to retire this way. He has been the best coach at Mizzou by a mile. Pelini to Mizzou? 1 Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
That's too bad. It's sad any time someone has to quit what they love doing because of something so bad. Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
I have a good friend with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He has had the disease for 10 years now, and every few years a tumor re-appears, and he needs either radiation or chemo. He leads a very normal life except for the periods interrupted by the chemo treatment. Good luck to Pinkel. Quote Link to comment
f***in fan
I unfortunately read a Southern Fried Dufus on Facebook who insinuated he was a p###y. ie. he caved in to the negros and now this? My Dad had that cancer for 14 and then died at 63. I can not fathom running a major college football program with it. It almost always comes back. You do not cure it as far I know. You try to manage it. Quote Link to comment
husker98
Best of luck in the recovery coach. I wonder if this is a recent diagnosis or if he has been fighting it for some time? Quote Link to comment
