Roxy15 Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Chicken Fried Steak: I took 1 egg and some milk and whisked it together in a pie pan. I put 2 cubed steaks in the pie pan and soaked them for a bit. I took them out and covered them with flour and put them in a pan with some oil. I sprinkled them with Paula Deen's House Seasoning that I have in a shaker by the stove for convenience and some black pepper. The coating stayed on better when I made them this way and will make them this way from now on. 1 Quote Link to comment
