The General Election

As bad as the Republicans look, this proves that the DNC is in a lot worse shape. They rigged their primary and tried to use Bernie's religion against him to help Hilary. If people want to see proof of how slanted the media is, watch the coverage of this issue (or lack there of) and it will be obvious.

Yes, and just think 6 days ago the left and mainstream media were blowing up at Melania using a few similar sentences in her speech. We now have an entire primary season where millions of ballots were cast, and the whole system was rigged to begin with. The Melania speech received coverage for 24 to 48 hours straight...this DNC wikileaks should remain in the news for days if not more.

On top of that, I read tonight that HIllary has now added Wasserman to her campaign. How dumb is HIllary and her campaign. I don't think anything that the RNC did wrong last week could eclipse this email leak for the DNC this week. I mean, it undermines the complete authenticity of the campaign season, but it goes along with the Democrats way of thinking anymore. Hillary completely botched her role as Secretary of State, with nearly everything she touched turning south, and she is seeking a promotion. DWS did not uphold her responsibilities as DNC chair, a position that is supposed to be fair to all candidates and not pick favorites, and now she is not being held accountable by HIllary's team by being able to join her campaign. Hillary and Obama are so out of touch anymore that I really think Trump's push for an outsider may push him across the finish line this year despite his high negatives.

Wasserman getting added to the Clinton campaign is just the ultimate FU to all the Bernie supporters. Totally unbelievable. I'm not sure the Onion could have topped this.

I guess they are counting on the convention to overshadow this news.

Her team is either not in touch with any non completely loyal Clinton supporters (and thus not in touch with reality) or they're all yes men.

More bad news for the Dems ahead of the DNC. It looks like Obama's brother is disappointed in Barack's performance as POTUS and is voting for Trump.

And it looks like the DNC asked media outlets to slant their coverage against Bernie.

Obama's half-brother is not a US citizen and can't even vote in the election.

Wow, just what the Dems seem to prefer...dead or non-citizens voting for them. In all seriousness, it's the principle that matters here that Obama's brother is even so disgusted by him that he is not willing to vote for Barack's 3rd term in Hillary Clinton.

"In all seriousness" if my brother (full brother, same Mom, same Dad, raised in the same town) were President and he ran the country by his political principles, I would never vote for him. I'm not even "Facebook friends" with my own brother because of political beliefs and subsequent posts...

Barack's "own brother" met him in 1985, and had this to say about his political beliefs:

“I feel like a Republican now because they don’t stand for same-sex marriage, and that appeals to me,” Obama said.

(He has had at least three wives, but of course gay marriage is where you draw the line).

And of course he would vote for Trump. All power to him. And of course this is supposed to be another signal of scandal and disarray.

Actually, your one-line response to how I distinguished between MLK Jr's movement in the 1960s to today's BLM movement didn't deserve a response.

I'm not sure you're really paying attention. I provided a handful of quotes and sources that took up quite a bit more than one line!

Hmm...well you will have to point me to your lengthy reply to me on this. I just recall a sarcastic post about me discussing MLK in the positive manner I did.

It looks like Trump has gotten a huge bounce from the convention last week. I would expect HIllary to get a bounce this week as well, but not sure where things will end up.

Trump has also taken the RCP lead and topped 50% in one general election poll for the first time. I know some questioned whether he would get a bounce as some thought the RNC was a mess.

According to your article, the principle is that he is a Gaddafi sympathizer, does not support gay marriage, and has about as many different wives and children as Trump...

I disagree. These poll numbers do not include any information post-DNC leak. If anything, things will be a wash, but I think Trump will actually extend his lead.

538 even predicting a Trump victory at this point!

Yeah i saw that Nate Silver now has Trump in the lead. Hillary is likely to get a bounce herself but it could be tamed by the corruption in the DNC. How can anyone take Hillary and Obama seriously anymore when they claim the Gop tries to disenfranchise voters while the Dems do not.

Well for one the DNC only does it within their party. I think they can make whatever rules and conduct their business however they please to pick their candidate. Something the GOP was trying to do as well. The GOP has tended to enact actual laws to disenfranchise voters.
