Top 10 Finishes by school since 1960

Recommended Posts

Here are all of the schools that have finished in the top 10 since 1960. However this is based on a metric on mcubed.net, and I'm not sure how they determined some of the scores for certain programs. It is done through some sort of "score" though. By eyeballing it, I felt it was pretty accurate even though there are a couple obscure ones in there like Navy's only top 10 appearance was last year. In the human polls, they finished 18th. In any case. Here you go

Nice. We're no. 3 on this list because of the drought over the past 15 years. Since 2000 we've had only one top ten finish. Bama had nine top tens over that period. Oklahoma had eleven. tOSU had ten.

It's truly amazing isnt it? NU had a ridiculous stretch of success.

Are you just now realizing that?

When you look at it from Top 10's compared to other schools. By the time 2002 rolled around. Those schools close to NU or ahead were 5-6+ behind. Ya Nebraska was awesome, but it truly has to be probably one of the most respected stats I could ever find.

Top 10 Finishes are a big deal in my mind. Probably more so to me than the next guy.
