NUance
We'll get a nice bump in the rankings if we win, beating an SEC school and all. btw. We beat five bowl teams this year. (And Oregon didn't make a bowl, or it would've been six.) So there's that. Quote Link to comment
beorach
I'm thinking that the conference has at least six favorites in those games (without figuring in home field advantage as it may apply). With that said, bowl season* is always surprising and will continue to be so long as there's so little meaningful out-of-conference play during the regular season. * - This is the traditional bowl season. Maybe there will be a day soon when the postseason allows for the players to settle everything on the field. Quote Link to comment
