Huskers @ Maryland

34-30 NU at the half.

Started rough shooting but played great defense. For the most part, sans the mini drought near the end of the half, the continued improvement of moving away from the ball has continued. The ball actually moving instead of being dribbled by one guy is helping produce scoring chances.

Momentum was lost as 007 said when mcveigh entered. Defensive liability. Left their shooter for some reason on his first series. Then scrambles for a loose ball that seems certain for NU to possess, he kicks the ball to Tai for some ungodly reason. Sorry Jack but Roby and Horne are so much better on both sides of the ball.

Fall back into old habits and you enter the danger zone. Maryland on a 11-0 run to lead by 7.

Miles really needs to end the quick hook on Roby for one bad defensive series. Let him play and deal with those lapses because he brings far to much on the offensive side besides scoring.

Also, it has been a issue for years but why this team always leaves the opponents shooter behind the arc is frustrating. Huerter is having a field day as he completes a four point play to push his total to 26 and the Terp lead to 12
