According to a report from ESPN, Early OV's starting in April, May ,June, July are quite possibly on their way. The report says that it's expected to pass whether they add the December Signing Period or not. That's great news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The possibility of paying for recruits to come to the Spring Game is big. Also, in it'll be big to get guys to visit in the summer who either A) Want to commit before their senior season or B) Don't want to take visits during their senior season. 2 Quote Link to comment
