Red Five
Congrats to Bryan. Will be a Jr this coming year and could be the tall threat we need while the pups get up to speed. 1 Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Is this scholarship rolling over to the fall, or was he put on scholarship for the spring semester only? Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
Is this scholarship rolling over to the fall, or was he put on scholarship for the spring semester only?Good question. I think it'll role over in this case. Kid was in the two deep as a Soph and probably will be as a Jr/Sr. Quote Link to comment

suh_fan93
He did have a nice touchdown against Oregon if I remember correctly? It's always cool to see when in state walk on's get a scholarship. Quote Link to comment
Red Five
Hey Mods, can you add McNitt and Rose to the thread title? 1 Quote Link to comment
Ratt Mhule
Luke McNitt and Austin Rose also got one. Man we must have no faith that we are going to finish this class out strong. Not a very good sign. I love seeing walk-ons get scholarships, but at least wait to see how many we have left over after signing day and players transfer. Quote Link to comment

I think these 3 are mainly for the spring, and they will see what will be done for the fall. It's not an automatic re-new in the fall. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Nice! Reimers panned out pretty good for a walk-on WR. 2016 5 receptions, 75 yds, and a TD. That's 15 yds per catch. LINK Quote Link to comment
Ratt Mhule
Is Austin Rose a ST player, because I don't remember seeing him on the field as a RB? Quote Link to comment

If that is the case then you would think we would see more than 3. Quote Link to comment
Red Five
Is Austin Rose a ST player, because I don't remember seeing him on the field as a RB? He is surprising. Not seeing him at all on the stat sheets, so that would indicate that he never recorded a tackle on ST. BTW, McNitt had 19 tackles on the year, good for 19th on the team. Quote Link to comment

I am not sure how it's exactly counted, but I think these awards have to deal with scholarships coming available due to transfers from the fall semester. Quote Link to comment
