A lot of us have played football at a collegiate level and spent hours and hours in film rooms watching game film.   It doesn't just take a coach at a juco or higher level to understand what they are watching with game film.

I'm assuming there are a fair amount who have done coaching as well beyond those of us who played at the college level. Hooray for the board being more educated on football than initially given credit for!
