During the season it would be nice to have a one two punch with Devine as the Bruiser and Tre as the fast paced back that breaks runs when the defense is tired. We have depth and good talent at the rb position, so hopefully we run the ball effectively to help out with what looks to be a great passing game with a passing quarterback. Quote Link to comment
chainsaw Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 History has shown, we need 2+backs. keep the touches around 15 max and the injuries don't seem to be as debilitating. everytime we have a back who averages in the 20's for carries, they get nicked up and we see production fall off the map. ColoradoHusk Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 I like Ozigbo in certain matchups against smaller front 7 and can be a good situational back at the end of games, but I don't think he has enough overall skills to be the top RB. I think Bryant has the best range of skills that the coaches are looking for, and he will be the #1 RB in the fall. Quote Link to comment
