ScottyIce
For non-believers of Miles to come around next season? Above .500 season? Above .500 Conference Record? 2+ Wins in B1G Tournament? NCAA Tournament Appearance? NCAA Tournament Win? Quote Link to comment
alwayshusking
Why would anyone be a believer at this point? The team has quit on him 2 of the last 3 seasons and completely collapsed in all 3. Needs to at least be on the bubble imo, wouldn't make me a believer but it would show something. He's been on the bubble once in 5 years and fortunately it was on the right side of the bubble. 1 Quote Link to comment
BoNeyard
I think if he is below .500 next year he is gone, and i dont think you can argue that. It should be NCAA tournament or bust IMO, but heck I will take a win or two in the B1G tournament and maybe an NIT invite. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
The two worst coaches (Miles and Groce) will be back...wow Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Miles needs to get back to the NCAA tournament and prove that the month run NU had in 2013-14 wasn't a fluke. Right now that month looks like the exception. Quote Link to comment
Cdog923
Let's start with not pooping the bed and build from there. Quote Link to comment
teachercd
They need 9 conference wins next year...with that they have a chance to make the dance. It will all depend on the conference schedule now. Get Purdue, Illinois, NW, Rutgers as your 1/1 and you have a great shot Quote Link to comment
chainsaw
I like TM and am glad that if they couldn't find anyone better, that they kept him. This gives Eichorst a full year to look. I think TM is in over his head and will prove it again next yr, but at least he's not a jerk. 20 wins minimum and a good showing in big ten and a tourney win or goodbye! no raise; no extention, but i'm sure Eichorst has made that clear already. Mavric
Maybe Miles was just taking a page out of Riley's playbook and making this year look so bad that almost anything will seem like improvement next year. 1 Quote Link to comment
HuskermanMike
For non-believers of Miles to come around next season? Above .500 season? Above .500 Conference Record? 2+ Wins in B1G Tournament? NCAA Tournament Appearance? NCAA Tournament Win? An offense of some sort, maybe passing the ball around to move the defense or simple motion offense. Call up craig smith if he needs help running an O. Playing team basketball is another thing I want to see, instead of dribble around the perimeter with one person and forcing up a bad shot, pass it around and find the open shooter. A winning record is key- no matter how good our schedule is. Conference record at least .500 and no losses to lesser teams. We also can't lose to bottom feeders of the B1G either, need to beat the teams we should beat. Make the tourney and win two games in the B1G tourney. Quote Link to comment

Man. Do you like any coach other than Osborne? You love dragging anyone through the mud. 2 Quote Link to comment
Fru
I think an NCAA tournament win would be a good start. Quote Link to comment
GSG
If they don't win a National Championship next year, then DONU should axe the program and start a hockey team Quote Link to comment
Cdog923
If they don't win 50% of their games next year, then DONU should axe the program and start a hockey team FIFY Quote Link to comment
