If it matters Mike Anderson was 337-196-2 = 63%, but never recouped after being 0-2 after hosting the regional in 2008

Outside Erstad's 2nd year where he had a losing record, Erstad has had good records. Now, the team isn't making the deep postseason runs that we would like, and not winning conference championships, so that what makes his tenure "disappointing".

Exactly, I want him to succeed so bad but we need to start making noise in the postseason.
