For those of you that do this...fill us in on your method.

I like a sweeter sauce so I will usually take a pretty basic pizza sauce (usually a cheap canned one) and add some brown sugar and sometimes cream cheese.

I usually use a pre-made crust but sometimes I just buy the dough and roll out my own.

I will add some olive oil on the crust and put down my sauce...I add the cheese and sometimes more cream cheese in little squares. I have not done the mozzarella in the small squares yet. I add some meat and it is ready.

Toss it on the grill, usually indirect heat, for just about 5 minutes or so. Comes out really really good.

I do have a pizza stone but I don't use is all that much. I have seen some people that use bricks.

I will grill BBQ chicken pizza for my wife and I. My wife makes a good pizza crust. I put it right on the grill, over the direct heat. Spread out BBQ sauce (instead of pizza sauce) top with cheese, grilled chicken, bacon, and green onion.

I like how the crust gets pretty charred from the direct heat. Only takes a few minutes to cook.
