The Cornhuskers have been trying to increase their presence in California, and Williams has helped push that even farther forward. So far, as a Nebraska coach, he has helped land the top-ranked commitment in the class in corner Mario Goodrich as well as the second-highest ranked commit in Chase Williams and ESPN 300 defensive back Brendan Radley-Hiles. That's quite the haul in a short amount of time. The hire has paid off with the prospects and the fact that two of his commits, Williams and Radley-Hiles, are from California.
