Mavric
Ohio State at Nebraska: Husker fans may be offended that their team is in a position to upset another team, but a win over the Buckeyes would qualify. OSU could start the season as the nation’s top-rated squad and, if it can handle Oklahoma at home in September, will be no worse than No. 2 in the nation when it rolls into Lincoln Oct. 14. NU lost by 59 to the Buckeyes last season, but would have a chance here with a wild crowd. Nebraska at Purdue: It’s already happened once, in 2015, and this Boilermaker team, at least on paper, will be better than the 2015 squad. Purdue’s quarterback, David Blough, returns, and he’s had good experience against NU, playing well in two games. OWH Quote Link to comment

OH HSKR FAN
Probably not. Remember the drubbing in Norman in 2008? Came back and beat them the following year. Obviously a lot of mitigating circumstances but it can be done. Quote Link to comment
Branno
LOL. No f'ing way we come even close to beating OSU. Define close. After last seasons drubbing, I'd consider 30 points close. 3 Quote Link to comment

famoustitles
Ehh... I'll have to see kickoff time before I make any bold predictions. I don't see them winning by 21+ though. Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
You guys are focusing on the wrong upset.... Purdue. I'm just glad we're the favorite and it would still be considered an upset if they were to beat us. 1 Quote Link to comment

Jeff Brohm is the best coach since joe montaña Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Saying there is no chance of anything this far out is uneducated and dumb. It's sports dude, far crazier and more unlikely upsets have happened than us playing OSU in the fall. A lot of them have been at the hands of Mike Riley, too. Quote Link to comment
huskered17
Had a feeling about this game after last season. Could be the start of the turn around we all hope for. I'm going with the Huskers to win a close one. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
Redux
So...we could upset the #2 team in the coubtry one week, only to lose to the #92 team in the country shortly after. Sounds legit. Quote Link to comment

I have no idea why you think that is so far-fetched. That would be true for a lot of teams. It happened all of two years ago, if you need a reference (albeit in the reverse order).
