Farmer is Highest-Graded Returning Husker

Recommended Posts

He's definetly had the best looking OL body and frame for a couple years now. He looks real solid, not weak in the upper chest/arms and lower body hips/ass. Doesn't have that "roll" in the mid section that we've seen all too often lately from our OL.

Guys playing at 310 who probably coulda been 285 if they weren't just kinda fat around the mid section. He's built well, moves well, and is damn tough. Hopefully he can raise that competition among the other guys in the 2 deep to be in great shape and play with an edge.

I hope Cav actually starts using the depth we have....... I understand "no rotation", but not repping guys in games and giving starters a breather.

Over Nick Gates and Chris Jones?????????

Umm.....

Yes!!!!!!!!!
There were times last year when you could make an argument for Gates, Farmer, or Foster as the top player on the OL. With injuries to Gates and Foster, Farmer may have been the most consistent.

Consistency will be the key. Hope this is the year we see the depth and aggressive OL play we so badly need.
