TonyStalloni
I love the sport! I ran in the Nebraska Senior Games yesterday afternoon and this morning in Kearney. Love following the Huskers and the various national teams. 1 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Quite the race. Coleman and Bolt were in the middle of the track. I didn't even see Gatlin coming on strong on the outside. 1 Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
USA! Got home to watch on DVR. so jacked! Shocked Coleman was second. Quote Link to comment
TonyStalloni
I thought Coleman had won the race. Gatlin 9.92 and Coleman 9.94. Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
USA won the 100m in the women's race as well. Also a great finish. Very disappointed the USA men only ended up with only a silver in the men's shot. Crouser didn't have a great day. Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
I loved that game when I was a kid. Quote Link to comment
dvdcrr
Frustrated and borderline angry about the womens 800. They are letting "intersex hyperandrogenic" athletes compete against women. All because the CAS will not let the IAAF enforce rules about who can compete in the Womens race. The result is that three non-female athletes will probably sweep the Womens medals. I feel sad for Martinez, and Lipsey and all the other women who are being unfairly forced to compete against athletes who have internal testes, lack ovaries, an who have three times the amount of testosterone. dvdcrr
Semenya, and Niyonsaba and Wambui are highly suspect Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
Semenya, and Niyonsaba and Wambui are highly suspect Sounds like it is going to be discussed again. Some of the athletes are pissed about it, but in our PC society they can't talk about it publically. Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
Well it was the most medals the US has ever won. I am a thrower and a throwing coach so I guess was disappointed that we have not made any progress in hammer and javelin. We slipped a little in shot and made a little progress in men's discus. I coach the hammer and have seen some really good HS hammer throwers in Ohio. I hope that this will help the US in a few years. We still have too few kids throwing hammer and jav. The women's 3000m Steeplechase was awesome. That was like 1980 USA vs USSR hockey game stuff. WOW!! Bolt? Not really sure what to say...a shadow of his former self. Russian athletes? Feel bad for the non-cheaters. Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
BTW, Huskers' own Rick Allen was awesome in announcing! Quote Link to comment
