Mavric
Pretty good weekend for the B1G Michigan dominates Florida Maryland thumps Texas - in Austin Iowa dominates Wyoming Penn State and Wisconsin roll Ohio State got it rolling Indiana was competitive for a good part of the game Michigan State wins easily Northwestern gets it done Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska get unimpressive wins.... but wins Rutgers put up a fight for a half Purdue gave Louisville all they wanted 1 Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Honestly, is there any way the first weekend could have been better for the conference as a whole? 12-2 with your only two losses being (arguably) the two worst teams in the conference giving top 10-15 teams a legitimate run for their money. Mavric
Well, it was three losses (Indiana) but I agree that you really couldn't expect the weekend to go any better. Quote Link to comment
Michiganball
Rutgers had a good half, but Purdue fought Louisville till the end, they played very well. Favorite of course was the Texas loss. It's the same thing with them every year though, and it must be something in the core of their organization because considering their resources and size they should be consistently a competitive top 25 team. 1 Quote Link to comment
