This is just plain weird.  It's also a prime example of when a politician just simply can't prevent himself from looking like an idiot.

Ted Cruz wrote this as solicitor general for the state of Texas. He and his legal team were defending the state's ban on the sale of sex toys. Freedom is sexual repression. I guess it would take a great deal of that to like a porn tweet and then lie about it.
