I am with you on this.  He really likes to travel, and his current job allows him to do that.  He can manage the Boomer Esiason Foundation, live in NYC, and travel the world.  That would be difficult to do as AD for any college, let alone one in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I hope it becomes permanent. Hes a very intelligent, educated guy, who  knows the Business side, the Football side, and Husker tradition.  I don't know how they could find someone better suited, if he wants the job.

I think Dave should use the 60 days to sign off on invoices to keep the machine running and when he is not doing that he can simply stand arms crossed and scowling at the offensive line, maybe add in an occasional head shake.
