Lifting, working out, (outside of team scheduled practices) are optional. I hope Nick Gates does well, but I just don't see it. Edited January 1, 2018 by Making Chimichangas 2 Quote Link to comment
Saunders
FYI, this is a RUMOR right now. Nothing on this from the normal outlets. Quote Link to comment

TheSker
I think a few guys might think if they have to battle for a position from scratch again, the possibility of doing it for a paycheck sounds better. Quote Link to comment

Ratt Mhule
Lmao. After the way he got manhandled by the Tenn DE last year and this year, who would draft him? Not a smart decision Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
I will never say a bad thing about a kid who wants to declare early for the NFL. It’s his life and if he wants to try and get paid for playing football, good luck to him. These kids don’t owe it to their schools to stay until their eligibility is exhausted. I’m not sure if Gates will have a future in the NFL, but I’m not going to say he’s dumb for giving it a shot. Quote Link to comment

I never said you were technically incorrect, I said it was a dumb argument. If he doesn't perform SIGNIFICANTLY better in the NFL than he did in '17 he basically just quit football. He is going to have to work out if he wants to perform better. If you can't see that, you're wasting all of our time commenting here, but we already knew that. Quote Link to comment

Ric Flair
Professional what? The way our offensive line looked, I’m not sure any of them are qualified for the Lingerie Football League. Edited January 1, 2018 by Ric Flair Quote Link to comment
