No one cares about the fact u pointed out he lost weight,  it was the fact u assumed bc he was being lazy or had poor work ethic.  I don't know the kids circumstances, and what he is dealing with.

You do know that you're wrong, right? How do you know that I assumed he was lazy or had poor work ethic. I did not type that, so where does your claim come from? I pointed out what I deemed as obvious. He hasn't worked out in a long time. I knew I was right. My concern about his weight loss was whether or not he could step right in and play. It had nothing to do with his work ethic. You and whoever else planted that notion here.

And for the record, I wasn't talking to you initially, so when you have a real smart a$$ tone, and purposely come at me (again?), just message me.

As far as Maurice, I believe he is a special talent. He reminds me of a bigger, and more explosive Wayne Gallman. He also has running style that reminds me a little bit of LP. I am sure many of us would say that he is a 5 star talent.

I want what is best for him. From all accounts, he has gone through a lot. As someone who has experienced family loss, I can sympathize with him. I have also dealt with hundreds of young men going through JUCO, and I will say that many have similar stories. Episodes are almost inevitable. I trust that Scott has that unique ability to temper the issues that Maurice is dealing with. I am thrilled that he qualified, and I can only imagine what he will look like after a year in this program. I do pray that Maurice becomes the success story we all want to see.

Sweet.  Will jot that note down....  (In a calm a not threatening tone)

Understand.

Me personally?

Id rather see him focus on his grades, the playbook and getting in great shape, “redshirt” and play the last 4 games of the year.

That's probably the best idea for him; plus, it'd be great to have fresh legs running the ball in November.
