I dont think Roby is there yet, but we can put him on watch next season.

I think Palmer is 50/50.

Copeland should be back

Watson- Unless he thinks Allen or Xavier will overtake him, he should be back... hopefully with something to prove.

I think Jordy might leave. I dont think he realized it was too late to transfer when he "took a break" I think he might end up booking.

Jack McVeigh- Great guy but would like to use his scholarship elsewhere.

Evan Taylor is a glue guy and I am bummed to see him go. He wasnt amazing but he was consistent.

Some people think that because we just offered a Forward that Nana Akenten might be out... but who knows.

If we can convince the core(Watson/Palmer/Allen/Roby/Copeland.

4 open scholarships/ 2 already spoken for(1 of those currently attached to Tanner but that is semester to semester).

I think we have one more open up(Nana/Jordy/Jack). So we have 3 spots open. I think we add 1-2 transfers similar to what we did with Palmer and others. So they will have to sit out. With the final spot we add either Karrington Davis(He visited last week/ 6'6 guard/forward) or maybe go grad transfer route.

Ideally if we can find a shooter to replace Gill or a guard with some handles/defense to replace Taylor. Also open to a 4/5 who can run the floor a bit and block a few shots ala Duby.

Next years lineup:

G- Glynn Watson/Xavier Johnson

G-Thomas Allen/Nana Akenten

G- James Palmer/Thorir Thorbjarnarson

F- Isaiah Roby/Jack McVeigh/ Brady Heiman

F-Issac Copeland/Jordy Tshimanga/Tanner Borchardt

I could easily see Thomas Allen or Nana Akenten transferring after the year.

Bates Diop is leaving they honored him at senior night. Carr probably should leave as it’s unlikely he gets much better at penn st but he might wanna come back to try and get them in the tournament. I don’t really see Wagner leaving, he probably can’t raise his stock much by coming back but he’s probably a second round pick right now at best anyways.

Thomas Allen is a PG (6'1) so he could possibly think about bouncing. Xavier is a combo guard and could play the 2 next year (outside shot is suspect as of today). Was really hoping we could find a good juco or grad transfer for next season. We have all the starting pieces in place besides a true big. We will have the best Forwards in the B10 next year.

Could you imagine this lineup:

PG Watson

SG Palmer

SF Roby

PF Copeland

C Grad transfer

I don't know if Miles will go back to a traditional starting 5 next year or not: his two best teams have started 3 guards/2 forwards. I could see them keep Roby and Copeland in the frontcourt and start Watson/Palmer and either Allen or Akenten in the backcourt.

We let almost all opposing Centers have career nights due to our small size. I don't think it would be smart to not shop around for a true big. Not sure there would be enough consistent outside shooting next season

Problem is we seem to be in this situation almost every off season and the problem never really gets resolved

How many teams are going to have a true Center, though? That's a problem that needs to be corrected with coaching and game planning, as our best lineup this year (and probably) is with a true center on the bench.

What’s the deal with the Casper College Center. I have family that live in Casper and they seem to think he’s a stud. Seems pretty quiet from him since we’ve offered.

Who? I'm not seeing any offers to anyone from Casper College.

I agree it's our best lineup because we don't have a good center. I'm saying we could be an elite team next year if we could get one
